Compare prices by the gram
Enter prices in the same currency and amounts in the supported weight units to see equivalent rates across grams, milligrams, ounces, pounds, and kilograms. The calculator returns numeric rates using only your figures; it does not provide market price estimates or product recommendations.
How to calculate price per gram
Divide a price by its weight in grams. For example, 35 for 3.5 grams is 10 per gram: 35 ÷ 3.5 = 10. Enter 35 in the custom grams row and set the amount to 3.5 g to see equivalent rates for other weights.
Common ounce fractions
The presets use common rounded gram amounts. Exact ounce fractions are slightly heavier, so use the weight shown on the label when precision matters.
| Amount | Preset weight | Exact ounce fraction |
|---|---|---|
| Gram | 1 g | — |
| ⅛ oz | 3.5 g | ≈3.54 g |
| ¼ oz | 7 g | ≈7.09 g |
| ½ oz | 14 g | ≈14.17 g |
| 1 oz | 28 g | ≈28.35 g |
The preset values round the avoirdupois ounce (28.3495 g) and its fractions for convenience. The exact figure and the preset can differ.
